At Stephanie Mueller Photography, we strive to provide a seamless and heartwarming experience for all our clients. Your satisfaction with our newborn photography services is very important! Please review our return and refund policy below:

All session fees (retainers) are non-refundable. Session fees cover time, expertise, and preparation, including communication before your shoot, use of props, and post-session editing.

If you need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to reschedule your session once at no additional cost.

Due to the custom nature of digital photography, all sales of digital images are final. Once digital files are delivered via online gallery or download, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

We encourage you to carefully review the proofs and final edits provided before confirming your download.

We take pride in the quality of our prints and products. If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Please note: We do not offer refunds for printed products due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders placed by the client.
