Welcome to Stephanie Mueller Photography! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our newborn photography services, including in-person sessions, image delivery, and related products provided by Stephanie Mueller Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
   
• Session dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
   
• Late payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your session.
   

• We understand that unexpected events can happen, especially with newborns. You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
   
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional rescheduling may be subject to a fee.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the retainer.
   

• It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time and follow any pre-session instructions.
   
• Session times vary depending on your package and baby’s needs.
   
• For safety reasons, only immediate family may be present during the session unless previously agreed upon.
   

• We carefully select the best images for editing and delivery. Raw, unedited files are NEVER included in any package.
   
• Final, edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within approximately 2-3 weeks from your session date.
   
• Minor retouching is included. Requests for extensive editing may incur additional fees.
   

• Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images. This means you may print, share, and display the photos for personal, non-commercial use.
   
• Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
   

• We retain the copyright to all images created.
   
• We may use photos for our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials, unless you request in writing that your images remain private at the time of booking.
   

• We take every precaution to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session.
   
• If we are unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity or issue a refund of any fees paid (excluding completed services).
   

• All content on our website, including images, text, and design, is owned by Stephanie Mueller Photography, and may not be copied or used without permission.
